• Created full architectural concepts for villas including all layouts and 3d renderings (3D max, Revit).

• Use DM portal and liaise with municipality engineers through online appointments and visits to centres

• Make and get govt. approval for food control, drainage, DCD, interior décor and modification designs

• Visit sites, taking measurements and checking accuracy of existing plans

•  Worked closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules, architects to determine the best use of space, manufacturers and construction workers;
